Our client is a successful software development firm that is focused on service offerings to the vacation industry and is expanding rapidly. We seek a junior to intermediate Network Administrator to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as 2nd level support and participating in the implementation of network changes involving firewalls, switches and routers.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and VPN issues.
- Maintain and support DNS and DHCP.
- Cisco networking troubleshooting.
- Monitoring ticket systems to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a Cisco environment working with switches, routers and firewalls.
- Experience with MPLS, OSPF, BGP.
- Excellent presentation, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong problem solving skills are needed.
- Experience with Windows Server 2012, VLANs, Wireshark, familiarity with VOIP phone systems.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and be able to travel as required (USA).
