Our SaaS client is looking for a Senior Sales Director to join their Montreal team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of senior enterprise account executives
  • Responsible for mentoring, training, performance evaluations of the sales team
  • Responsible for monthly/quarterly forecasts and achievement
  • Support, motive, and evaluate sales rep performance

Qualifications:

  • Senior sales management experience, leading software/SaaS teams
  • Ability to lead sales teams in all areas of the sales cycle
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
