Overview:
Our SaaS client is looking for a Senior Sales Director to join their Montreal team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of senior enterprise account executives
- Responsible for mentoring, training, performance evaluations of the sales team
- Responsible for monthly/quarterly forecasts and achievement
- Support, motive, and evaluate sales rep performance
Qualifications:
- Senior sales management experience, leading software/SaaS teams
- Ability to lead sales teams in all areas of the sales cycle
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
