Overview:
Our well-established, smaller, but growing SaaS client is looking for a VP Sales to lead their sales team, as it grows from 6 to 15 people.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of senior enterprise account executives.
- Responsible for mentoring, training, performance evaluations of the sales team.
- Responsible for monthly/quarterly forecasts and achievement.
- Responsible for guidance of RFx’s.
- Responsible for strategic guidance, and growth of the sales team.
- Responsible for increasing revenues and marketshare.
Qualifications:
- Senior sales management experience, leading and growing SaaS teams.
- Experience with Enterprise client, specifically within the Public sector.
- Experience with large-scale RFx processes.
- Experience working in small to mid growth companies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
